Cube Ramen

The food is delicious. We went with our friends & our two kids. We got the Black Garlic Ramen & Soup Dumplings. One of my toddlers was a bit fuzzy at some point and one of the workers brought him a toy so he could calm down. As a parent, it was truly so pleasant to see. Sometimes you worry about going out and your kids not having a good time and obviously ruining others experiences. That act of kindness meant the world to me personally. Anyways, over all a pretty epic place with great staff & great service.

Pros: ramen is decent and portion is pretty big, everything on the menu seems to be priced reasonably Cons: xiao long bao is not handmade, agedashi tofu is not as soft as it should be

I have been hearing about this place for a while and finally stopped in to check it out. I ordered the tempura vegetables and the garlic ramen. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The tempura was crisp and the vegetables were cooked thoroughly, but still firm. The garlic ramen was delicious. Reminded me of the ramen my mom used to make when I was a kid. She was Japanese and would always include fishbcake and bamboo shoots in ramen. I will definitley be back!

Intimate, lovely setting. When you walk in you'll forget you're in a strip mall in Hawk's Prairie. There's usually seating available, but bigger groups might need to wait as this spot def caters to smaller parties. Think date night and small families. Their menu is excellent. I've never gotten anything I didn't like. They have a decent sake selection both hot and cold. Their ramen is the best in Lacey EASILY. Not a huge fan of their chairs, but I'll suck it up for the amazing food and service.

Stopped in and got some food to go, the service was fast, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great! I'll probably come in and try it out for dine in next time. The waitress was so sweet, she brought us water while we waited for our food.

Lacey WA. Ordered the won ton soup with spam added. All in all very tasty. Won Tons were perfectly cooked and plentiful. I'll be back to try other dishes. Service was quick and very friendly.

Came in for lunch. So much to choose from in this small area. Seated right away. Didn't know what to order and asked for a ramen suggestion. I ordered an appetizer and some ramen. Both absolutely delicious. Definitely will come again soon.

Nothing like some delicious Ramen paired with a little sake. From the tempura plate to the black garlic tonkatsu, a bit of Sake finished off with a Japanese beer, Cube Ramen is a great go to. The ambiance is nice, and you get the friendly service of non chain restaurant. BTW, They have a hot chili sauce that is to die for. It will not disappoint.

Nice clean restaurant, it is a smaller place but we've never had to wait long to be sat, and we usually come here with a group of 6-8 people. Service is always quick and friendly! A lot of choices, as well as add ons. Fresh and delicious! One of my top places to go for food in Lacey.

FAST! Holy smokes!! Maybe they were quiet tonight, but I've literally never been served as quickly as we were tonight. Not even fast food! EVERYTHING was fresh, and right out of the kitchen hot!! My wife enjoyed her Ramen and my Chicken over rice was hot and fresh. EVERYTHING was appetizingly laid out, presentation is front and center here! The ambiance and contemporary layout of the physical space in young and fresh. Staff here is calm (best word) and extremely courteous. My next visit came come soon enough!
